Public Participation in KES School Governance Council Meetings
Non board member Participation:
Non board members of the Kilough Elementary School Governance may not orally participate/express views or ask questions in the council meeting without advance notice of request or with permission from the presiding president. The views expressed or questions asked must be related to the subject at hand. A time limit of 5 minutes will be placed upon each citizen offering comments or questions.
Advance Notice of Request to Address School Governance Council
Any non board member who wishes to request to make citizen comments prior to a scheduled board meeting is to contact the school principal, Mrs. Kim Bennett.
This request must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the scheduled board meeting. The request is to include the topic and comments speaker wishes to share with the board. A time limit of 5 minutes will be placed upon each citizen offering comment. These comments will be made during the Citizen Comments section of the board meeting.
