Meeting Minutes

September 1st, 2020

I.  Call to order: 3:30 p.m.

Roll Call- 

Members Present: Teresa Conowal, Hillary Mullinax, Will Baldwin, Charity Carrington, Jessie Tomes, Mandy Power, Matthew Wall

Members absent- None

II.  Approval of June meeting minutes- Approved

Motion by: Charity Carrington 

Second by: Hillary Mullinax

III.  New Business

•  Welcomed Mandy Power, Matthew Wall, and Jessie Tomes to the council

•  Mention of School Governance Training

• Review of Online Learning Plan- 55 students from KES in online learning. 

• COVID-19 update- classroom/bus/lunchroom seating charts, monitoring for >15min of <6ft interaction over course of a day.  Using pods/pairs to increase social distancing ability.  

IV.  Old Business

• Assessed class sizes/teacher status

• KES seal

• HS landscaping class/outdoor classroom status. To reach out to Mr. Pankey.  Ask PTO for help with funding.
